Refund policy

RETURN A PRODUCT / AN ORDER

If all or part of your order does not satisfy you, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise your right of legal withdrawal and return the product(s) to us.
After the legal withdrawal period, the returned products will not be accepted.
All products must be strictly returned to Nabla Cosmetics in such conditions that they can be put back on sale (products in perfect condition accompanied by their original PACKAGING, accessories, instructions, etc.).
The refund of the products purchased with a discount will amount to the price of the products minus the discount applied.

To return the products:

STEP 1 - Notify the intention to return or cancel the order
The notification of the intention to cancel the order or return the items received must be made within 14 working days from the delivery date and must be sent via the Contact form on our site specifying the details of the order.

STEP 2 - Complete the Return Form
• Once notified of the intention to return the products, Customer Service will send you the Return Form via email.
• After having printed and filled in the form, you will have to insert it inside the package with the items to be returned. If you don't have access to a printer, you can write the details required by the form on a piece of paper.

STEP 3 - Return the items
• Items must be returned in suitable and protective packaging.
• All defect-free items must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive "as new" with no damage to the product or product packaging. Defective items should be returned in their own packaging, undamaged as far as possible.
• Make sure you have properly sealed the package and entered the Return Form inside (see Steps 1 and 2 above).
• Send the package to the address indicated on the Return Form.
• Please note that we do not accept packages sent at the expense of the recipient. Remember to indicate on the return form all the data necessary for the refund, in particular your e-mail address and your telephone number.
• If the Buyer or the Recipient of the order does not prove that they have actually delivered the product to a courier, all the risks associated with the return of the product(s) are borne by the Buyer or the Recipient of the order.

You will therefore be able to:
• obtain a Discount Code equal to the amount paid for the returned products, which can only be used on the Nabla Cosmetics website and is valid for 1 year from its issue or,
• obtain a refund equivalent to the amount paid for the returned products. In the event that the order has been paid with an eGIFT Card, the refund will be paid by issuing a Discount Code.

REFUND TIMES AND METHODS

Refund times
Refund requests will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Buyer has exercised his right of withdrawal.
You will be informed of the status of your request by e-mail or by telephone.
The refund transaction will be visible on your account according to the timing exercised by your credit card issuer or PayPal.

Refund methods
If you return items within the withdrawal period (14 days) and if they are intact, the refund will be made by credit card or PayPal account, depending on the original payment method.
