Viper Lip Plumper is a transparent volumizing balm that gives volume to the lips in just a few minutes and makes them look naturally flushed. Patented blends of functional natural origin ingredients give both an immediate and long-term plumping effect to the lips. The rich and fluid formula guarantees a soothing, nourishing and antioxidant action. Thanks to the twist pen, the active ingredients are preserved until the last use, without any product waste.
