We offer fast courier shipping. Shipping times are as follows: Italy : delivery in 1 to 3 business days. European Union : delivery in 1 to 4 business days. International Shipping : delivery in 2 to 7 business days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the period, destination and any unpredictable delays.

What is your return policy?

If all or part of your order does not meet your expectations, you have 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise your legal right of withdrawal and return the product(s) to us. After this period, returned products will not be accepted. All products must be returned to Nabla Cosmetics strictly in a condition suitable for resale (products in perfect condition, accompanied by their ORIGINAL PACKAGING, accessories, instructions, etc.). If the product(s) in question have not been used or swatched, we confirm that you can exercise your right of withdrawal. After printing and filling out the Return Form , you must include it inside the parcel with the items to be returned. If you do not have access to a printer, you may handwrite the required details on a sheet of paper. Please make sure the package is properly sealed and that the Return Form is placed inside. Once the product has arrived at our warehouse and after our standard checks, we will issue the refund as soon as possible. Products purchased with a discount will be refunded at the discounted price paid. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, so you may choose the carrier you prefer. Once your package has arrived at the address indicated on the Return Form and after our standard checks, we will issue your refund as soon as possible, within 15 working days from the delivery date. Are your products cruelty free and vegan?

NABLA is cruelty-free certified. This is a fundamental point, as our undistinguished love that we share for animals is outstanding and their respect is extremely important for us. The Peta certification is a clear message that we fervently believe in this aspect of cosmetic production, a clear message in which we believe to be right for you, for the animals and for us and it states that: • we do not test the finished nor the single ingredients of the products on animals. • we do not commission on behalf of others any of these tests. • we do not commercialize our products in countries where it is mandatory to test on animals as a prerequisite for commercialization Animal safeguarding is one of our greatest interests, therefore in our cosmetics there are no ingredients nor colorants of animal origin, such as carmine.

How can I initiate a return?

To initiate your return: Phase 1 - Notify the intention to return or cancel the order The notification of the intention to delete the order or make the items received must be made within 30 working days from the delivery date and must be sent through the contact form on our site specifying the details of the order. Phase 2 - Complete the return form Once the intention of returning the products is notified, customer service will send you the return form via email. After printing and completing the form, you will have to insert it inside the package with the items to be made. If you don't have access to a printer, you can write the details required by the form on a sheet. Phase 3 - Return of articles The articles must be returned in adequate and protective packaging. All defects without defects must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive "as new" without any damage to the product or packaging of the product. Defective articles should be returned in their packaging, without damage as far as possible. Make sure you have adequately sealed the package and have inserted the return form inside it (see phase 1 and 2 above). Send the package to the address indicated within the return form. Keep in mind that we do not accept parcels sent to the recipient's expense. Remember to indicate on the return form all the data necessary for the refund, in particular your e-mail address and your phone number. If the buyer or the recipient of the order does not show that he actually delivered the product to a courier, all the risks connected to the return of the product (s) are borne by the buyer or recipient of the order. You can therefore in the period of legal withdrawal: • Obtain a discount code equal to the amount paid for returned products, which can only be used on the Nabla Cosmetics website and valid 1 year starting from its issue or, • Obtain a refund equivalent to the amount paid for the returned products. In the event that the order has been paid with an Egift Card, the refund will be paid by issuing a discount code.

How much will it cost to ship?

Shipping costs for Italy are as follows: FREE – for orders over €45 €4.50 – for orders up to €45 The exact shipping cost for your country will be presented during checkout.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

Refund requests will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the returned product is delivered to the address indicated on the return form. You will be informed about the status of your request via email or phone.

How can I track my shipment?

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

How will I receive my refund?

If you return the items during the withdrawal period (14 days) and if these are intact, the refund will be paid by credit card or Paypal account, depending on the original method of payment.

Am I able to change my shipping address?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

How will I be charged for duties and taxes?

For orders going to the European Union, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Switzerland all prices shown are inclusive of import duties. For countries like the United States, local taxes are applied at checkout, as required by local regulations. For all other countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose “Pay now” (no additional fees on delivery) or “Pay on delivery” (additional fees may apply). Please note that if “Pay on delivery” is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Cancellations and order editing is not available. Once an order is placed it immediately enters into our fulfilment process for shipment. For Cancellation Requests: Please await until your order has been delivered. If you still do not wish to keep it, we can assist you through the return process.

My order was marked delivered but isn't here

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you. On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive. If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier. If you need additional assistance, please report your order issue in our Order Management portal for further assistance.
