Return a product / an order

If all or part of your order does not satisfy you, you will have 14 working days starting from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise your right of legal withdrawal and return the product (s).
After the period of legal withdrawal, the returned products will not be accepted.
All products must be strictly returned to Nabla Cosmetics in conditions that can be put back on sale (products in perfect condition accompanied by their packaging of origin, accessories, instructions, etc.).
The reimbursement of the products purchased with a discount will amount to the price of the products minus the discount applied.

To return products it will be sufficient:

Phase 1- Notify the intention to return or cancel the order
The notification of the intention to delete the order or make the items received must be made within 14 working days from the delivery date and must be sent through the contact form on our site specifying the details of the order.

Phase 2- Complete the return form
• Once the intention of returning the products is notified, customer service will send you the return form via email.
• After printing and completing the form, you will have to insert it inside the package with the items to be made. If you don't have access to a printer, you can write the details required by the form on a sheet.

Phase 3- Return of articles
• The articles must be returned in adequate and protective packaging.
• All defects without defects must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive "as new" without any damage to the product or packaging of the product. Defective articles should be returned in their packaging, without damage as far as possible.
• Make sure you have adequately sealed the package and have inserted the return form inside it (see phase 1 and 2 above).
• Send the package to the address indicated within the return form.
• Keep in mind that we do not accept parcels sent to the recipient's expense. Remember to indicate on the return form all the data necessary for the refund, in particular your e-mail address and your phone number.
• If the buyer or the recipient of the order does not show that he actually delivered the product to a courier, all the risks connected to the return of the product (s) are borne by the buyer or recipient of the order.

You can therefore in the period of legal withdrawal:
 obtain a discount code equal to the amount paid for returned products, which can only be used on the Nabla Cosmetics website and valid 1 year starting from its issue or,
• obtain a refund equivalent to the amount paid for the returned products. In the event that the order has been paid with an Egift Card, the refund will be paid by issuing a discount code.

Times and methods of reimbursement

Reimbursement times
Reimbursement requests will be treated within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the buyer has exercised his right of withdrawal.
You will be informed of the state of your request via an e-mail or by phone.
The reimbursement transaction will be visible on your account according to the timing exercised by the station of your credit card or paypal.

Reimbursement methods
If you return the items during the withdrawal period (14 days) and if these are intact, the refund will be paid by credit card or Paypal account, depending on the original method of payment.
